I’ve been working on more hats for the troops. I keep thinking, “I’ll just use up this one more ball of yarn and make another hat.”

Trouble is, I’ve been using Di.Ve from Cascade and one ball of yarn leaves the hat one inch short. So I run out and get another (hopefully matching) ball of Di.Ve to complete the first hat. Then feel the need to use up the rest of the ball of yarn to make another hat, which will now be two inches short. Good news is, Shuttles is now carrying Di.Ve, so at least it is a short trip into the spiral of continual hat knitting…
